TRiO Day
TRiO Day will be Saturday, February 23. It begins at 9:30 a.m. We will let you know
what time to arrive for registration. Lunch will be served at noon, and we will attend a showing of Julius Caesar at
1:30 p.m. After the play is over, you will be free to leave. If you plan on attending, please remember that you
must let us know that you are coming and give us your t-shirt size.
Christmas Party and Financial Aid Workshop
On Saturday, December 15, we will have our Christmas Party and Financial Aid Workshop. The schedule will be as
follows:
9:30 to 10:30 am: New Student Orientation - *required* for all new students
10:45 to 11:30 am: Underclassmen Financial Aid Workshop
10:30 to 11:30 am: Senior Financial Aid Workshop - *required* for Seniors
10:30 to 11:30 am: Student IDs - For all students who have not yet received an ASU-Beebe identification
card, this is the time to get it done!
11:30 am to 12:30 pm: Potluck and Door Prize Drawing
Our cafeteria will be providing all of the main courses, but we ask for students and their parents to bring any side
dishes, desserts, or treats for potluck! We also draw for prizes and have a great time!
Harlem Gospel Choir
On Thursday, October 11, at 7:30 p.m. we will be attending a performance by the Harlem Gospel Choir in the Owen
Center Theater. We will not have tutoring that evening as normally scheduled; however, please remember to arrive
early in order to sign in and get your tickets.
New Student Orientation
Orientation for all of our new sophomores will be on Saturday, August 25 at 10:00 a.m. in our classrooms located
in the State Hall Building. All new students are required to attend. Please contact us if you are unable to be
there. Snacks and refreshments will be served.
